Special Notes:

This Basketball skills camp is for incoming 3rd-9th graders. If you feel your child can play with 3rd graders but is younger feel free to sign her up. Please wear basketball shoes and bring your water! You will enter through the back gymnasium west entrance. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Release Form: We, the parents of the above named child, do hereby grant permission for her to participate in the camp and acknowledge the fact that she is physically able to participate in camp activities. We understand that the camp does not provide medical insurance covering injuries of any nature incurred during the 2025 camp. This hereby releases Robyn McCoart and Carroll ISD from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever in any way resulting from the participation in the basketball skills camp.
