Refunds will ONLY be given when we receive written notice from a physician stating that the athlete is physically unable to participate in the camp. Refund requests will be reviewed by the sports camp administrator and Athletics Office of Compliance for validity. All approved refunds will incur a 15% administration fee which will be deducted from your refund amount. Please remember to bring kneepads, water, and snacks to keep your athlete fueled throughout camp! If your son or daughter does not have kneepads, that is okay! They are not required and your child will have just as much fun! If you have any campers you would like to be with when we split into groups, please email Coach Jackson at leslie.jackson@southlakecarroll.edu and we will do our best to make it happen! Release Form: We, the guardians of the above named child, do hereby grant permission for the registered camper to participate in the camp and acknowledge the fact that they are physically able to participate in camp activities. We understand that the Camp does not provide medical insurance covering injuries of any nature incurred during the 2025 camp. This hereby releases Leslie Jackson, Carroll ISD, and all camp staff from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever in any way growing out of or resulting from the participation in the volleyball camp. I understand that each contestant participates at his or her own risk and is responsible for their own property, conduct, transportation, and safety.
