Refunds will ONLY be given when we receive written notice from a physician stating that the athlete is physically unable to participate in the camp. Refund requests will be reviewed by the sports camp administrator and Athletics Office of Compliance for validity. All approved refunds will incur a 15% administration fee which will be deducted from your refund amount. Please remember to bring kneepads, water, and snacks to keep your athlete fueled throughout camp! If your son or daughter does not have kneepads, that is okay! They are not required and your child will have just as much fun! Friday we will have a special VALENTINES DAY themed camp night! Dress your child in all things red, pink, hearts, and cupids!

I give consent for my child to participate in the Carroll Dragon Volleyball Camps. I release Carroll ISD from all possible liability. I understand that each contestant participates at his or her own risk and is responsible for her own property, conduct, transportation, and safety.
