This camp is for boys and girls going into 3rd-6th grade. Campers should be in athletic attire, athletic shoes, have racquets, water jug and have applied sunscreen before camp starts. Each camper will receive a camp Tshirt.

Release Form: We, the parents of the above named child, do hereby grant permission for my son/daughter to participate in the camp and acknowledge the fact that he/she is physically able to participate in camp activities. We understand that the Camp does not provide medical insurance covering injuries of any nature incurred during the 2022 camp. This hereby releases Corey Aldridge and Carroll ISD from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever in any way growing out of or resulting from the participation in the camp.
