Special Notes:

This camp is for incoming grades 6th-9th and for players of all skill levels. Campers will need to bring their own water bottle and basketball shoes. Basketballs will be provided so campers do not need to bring a ball. Concessions will be available.

Release Form: We, the parents of the above named child, do hereby grant permission for him to participate in the basketball camp and acknowledge the fact that he is physically able to participate in camp activities. We understand that the camp does not provide medical insurance covering injuries of any nature incurred during the 2025 camp. This hereby releases David Markley and Carroll ISD from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever in any way growing out of or resulting from the participation in the basketball camp.
